Balsamic Brussell Sprouts and Bacon
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs brussell sprouts split in half and yellow leaves removed
- 6 pieces bacon chopped into small bits
- 1/2 medium sized onion diced
- 2 large garlic cloves diced
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl mix together garlic, onion, bacon and brussell sprouts.
- Pour olive oil and vinaigrette over mixture and stir until the sprouts are coated well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- Then place your sprouts evenly over the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 until sprouts are browned and bacon is cooked.
