Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb country style sausage
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 4 tbsp flour
- 5 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a small fry pan cook your sausage until done.
- In a sauce pot melt your butter then add your flour. Mix until thickened.
- Slowly add your milk to your flour mixture and stir until gravy has become thick again.
- Add your salt and pepper to taste.
- Then add your sausage, drippings and all.
- I usually add a little more milk if the gravy is too thick and then a little more salt and pepper as well until its to my liking.
- Serve with biscuits or chicken!
