For the Dip:
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1 cup crumbled feta
- 1 cucumber chopped finely
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Mix it all up in a medium bowl. Voila.

For the Salmon:
- 1 lb salmon
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Pita pockets
- Baby Spinach
Directions:
- Spread olive oil over salmon fillet, then salt and pepper to your liking.
- Broil in the oven for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Stuff your pita pockets with spinach, your yogurt dip and some salmon.
- Serve!
