Peach Wine Slushies

We're back from vacation! As much as I love leaving and enjoying some time away, it's nice to be home again in  my own bed with my cat. It was a fun trip visiting family and enjoying the beauty of The Dairy State. It's a place I grew up and have roots in, I was so happy to be able to share it with my husband for the first time and to get to have some quality time with grandparents.

Now that we're back I can get back to posting some delicious recipes for you all and enjoy just being home for a few days before I have to return to work. Let's start out with a simple, cold adult beverage that can be enjoyed any day of the summer!

Ingredients:

• 4 soft and ready to eat peaches pealed
• 1 bottle of sweet white wine
• 2-4 cups of ice (whatever your preference is)

On our trip we didn't really listen to a lot of music, which is strange and out of the norm for us but there is one song we did listen to that speaks to who my grandpa is, he has sung this song as long as I can remember:

Directions:

1. Cut your peaches up into chunks so they are easy to blend.
2. Place your peaches into a blender. Then add the rest of your ingredients, except the ice.
3. Blend until there are no large pieces of peach. 
4. Next add your ice and blend until smooth.
5. Pour and serve!
